Waylon Huber

About Me

Waylon Huber is a junior at Perryville High School. He is a member of the Student Council and has been for all of his high school career. During his freshman and sophomore year he served as Class President and now in his junior year he is serving on the Executive Board. In his first two years in Student Council he has accumulated 20+ hours of community service. Waylon is involved in Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA). In addition, he is an active member of the Pirate Pride Club (Pep Club).  He has played Varsity Soccer every year as well and is now a Captain as a junior. As a player on the basketball team he played on the Junior Varsity team as a freshman. During his sophomore year he started and was voted as a captain by his teammates. Waylon has started Varsity Baseball every year too where he is also recognized as leader on the team by teammates. After the 2024 spring baseball season, he was recognized as a member of the All-Conference and All-District teams as a sophomore. He has been recognized as Athlete of Month from his coaches as well. Waylon plays Club Soccer and also Travel Baseball. He has experienced how to run a small business while helping run a Lawn Care Business. He also offers soccer training for kids around the community. Waylon has a wide variety of skills which include being able to talk and communicate with everyone and also being a leader whether it be in the classroom, workplace, or out on the field.
